Turbulence Training

Day 1


Well, Day 1 is coming to a close, and it was a breeze to stick to the diet.  I swayed a little when I had a few sips of a Strawberry Julius, but it is incosequential.  I haven’t hit the gym yet as I was way too busy today with family.

For those of you following along at home, here are the stats:

Starting Weight

185.9

Measurements

Chest: 42.5in
Stomach (at Belly Button): 35in
Right Bicep (Relaxed): 13.5in
Left Bicep (Relaxed): 13
Right Bicep (Flexed): 14.5
Left Bicep (Flexed): 14.5
Right Thigh (Relaxed): 22
Left Thigh (Relaxed): 22
Right Thigh (Flexed): 22
Left Thigh (Flexed): 22
Right Calf: 15.25
Left Calf: 15.5
Waist (at Belt Line): 36.5
