The Weigh In! AAAAAAAAghhhhhh!

Hey Everybody,

Tomorrow is actually Christmas Eve, but it looks like we’re doing 2 Christmas Dinners tomorrow.  That’s right 2.  SO, I’m going to weigh in tomorrow morning and see what the numbers say.  From the looks of me, I don’t think I lost 20 lbs.  I changed a couple of things in the diet, just to see if it would still work, and it has.  I’ve lost quite a bit of weight, cheated a looooot more, and switched up some of the food choices.  Turns out you can still lose weight even if you don’t listen to your own advice, but I don’t know that I’ve made the 20lbs. mark.

What Are You Craving?

What do you crave at night?  I’m having some serious cravings tonight.  I mean it, very serious cravings.  Here’s what I am almost always craving.  Sometimes I crave Lo Mein from a local Chinese Restaurant called The Great Wall.  I Can’t help it, I just love to eat.  I Love it.  But, I’ve stuck to my diet almost completely, and the changes are astonishing.  I have to admit though, I cheated twice.  I ate a bowl of cereal one day in the middle of the day, because, well, I like cereal.  I also took the family to McDonald’s for some grease burgers and fries.  I enjoyed every bite.

Workout Wherever you are.

Get A Great Fat Burning Workout
Wherever You Are, Anytime

By Rob Poulos, Fat Loss & Fitness Expert & Creator of ‘Fat Burning Furnace’

You’ve heard it a million times from people trying to burn fat, “I just don’t have time to get to the gym.”  Well that really shouldn’t be a problem once you understand how you can get a proper fat burning workout done with basic or minimal equipment.

Day 2

Day 2

I have to tell you all the truth.  I want a cheeseburger.  Not just any cheeseburger, but a gigantic greasy fast food cheeseburger with a side of pizza.  Can you tell that you caught me before a snack?

Things went well today, no cheating today, it’s actually been smooth sailing.  I’m craving, if you didn’t notice, but that should go away by tomorrow.

I have actually heard it said that if you can go 3 days without whatever you’re craving, you should stop craving it almost completely after that.  I’ve found that to be partially true, but I still like to eat pizza and pasta and donuts and breadsticks and cake and brownies anyway.  That’s why I like this diet, I get those things.

1 Rep Fitness

There’s been a lot of buzz on the internet lately about a new product called 1 Rep Fitness.  I’m not completely sold on the concept as I much prefer my ultra efficient 20 minute workouts that get me in and out of the gym in no time, but it seems to be a great way to build muscle and lose fat, and it comes with great support and nutrition guidelines.

If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, zip on over to the Website Here

Maybe it could help you make a positive change in your life.

Well, Day 1 is coming to a close, and it was a breeze to stick to the diet.  I swayed a little when I had a few sips of a Strawberry Julius, but it is incosequential.  I haven’t hit the gym yet as I was way too busy today with family.

Lose 20 lbs. in 20 Days!

The Challenge

I have entered a challenge with myself to lose 20 lbs. in the next 20 days.  The countdown starts now.  I’ll blog and vlog the journey and post it here.  I’ll take before and after pictures and measurements since I will more than likely gain muscle mass as well.

I have done this before, but I never recorded the journey, so I have decided to do it again and post it here.  My hope is that people will see it and realize that it doesn’t have to be hard to lose weight.  You just have to make a commitment and do it.  I’ve got the tools, the 20/20/20 Diet, and I’m making the commitment.
